Basic features

• Inside and outside made of Stainless Steel, except for the external bottom made of Galvanized Steel
• Internal rounded corners
• Insulation in CFC free polyurethane high pressure injected

• Self-closing door with magnetic gaskets
• The core probe is included
• Version with Electronic front control panel with room probe and temperature core probe
• Version with touchscreen control panel with digital display (positive blast chilling, negative shock freezing, blast chilling temperature, core probe temperature, blast chilling time, conservation)
• Condensing unit with openable front grid for easy maintenance
• Defrosting with open door, without the use of resistors or hot gas
• Evaporator with cataphoresis anticorrosive treatment
•Removable plastic bottom tray for condensate water collection
• Cycles can be set with a core probe +3°C and -18°C. On request down to -40°C
• Kit of no. 4 adjustable stainless steel feet (height: 60/90 mm)
